Give survivors a fresh start through providing them with job training and work opportunities. Partner with us through offering your professional services to the work and women of Eden House: We need clinically trained therapists, lawyers, doctors, dentists, teachers, car dealership/service, and more.

Eden House is seeking a mission-driven Executive Director ! This role oversees the organization's daily operations, finances, fundraising, communications, and long-term growth while leading a dedicated team and working closely with the Advisory Board and First Naples Church leadership. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a heart for ministry, a passion for trauma-informed care, strong organizational and fundraising skills, and a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ.
